You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Parish meeting meeting of Great and Little Broughton Parish Council to be held on Monday 9th May 2022 at 7pm at Great Broughton Village Hall for the purpose of transacting the following business.  

ANNUAL PARISH AND MONTHLY MEETING

  1. To receive apologies and approve reasons for absence and receive any declarations of interest 
  2. Appointment of Parish Councillors – Declaration of Office, Agree to code of conduct and complete registration of interests
  3. Election of Chair and Vice Chair for Great and Little Broughton Parish Council – 2022/23
  4. Co-option of new Parish Councillors – two vacancies to be filled
  5. Appointment of two members of the Great Broughton Village Hall Management Committee
  6. Review Standing orders / financial regulations / new policies 
  7. Confirm minutes of last Parish Council meeting held on Monday,April 18th, 2022 and any matters arising
  8. Public question time
